Keisha Bell-Celestand received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Louisiana Tech University in March 2002 and her Master’s degree in Education and Counselor Education with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy from Southeastern Louisiana University in May 2011.

 

Mrs. Bell-Celestand has also been a Licensed Professional Counselor for over 5 years and has been an LPC Supervisor since 2017. She has worked in the mental health field for over 13 years in which the last 4 years she's been in private practice, adding owner to her resume.
