Hi! I’m Nydia, a Provisional Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC) passionate about walking alongside individuals as they navigate healing, growth, and self-discovery. I provide Teletherapy services to clients ages 8 and up, offering a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space. My goal is to meet you exactly where you are and help you explore your thoughts, emotions, and goals—at your own pace and in your own way.

With a blend of compassion, humor, and evidence-based strategies, I strive to create a therapeutic relationship where you feel safe to be your full self—especially on the messy days. Therapy doesn’t have to feel heavy all the time; I believe that laughter, when appropriate, can be a powerful tool for healing and connection.
